The Answer For Relieving Stress

I have a solution for relieving stress and, on the side, an exercise in patience. Build a puzzle!

One of my favorite things to do is get a challenging 750 - 1000 piece puzzle and start building. I have to admit that the one pictured below is one of the hardest I have ever done. The sky was crazy! The best puzzles (in my opinion) are the ones made from Charles Wysocki paintings.

So...if you need to relieve stress, or simply want a reason to stay out of the 100 degree heat (guilty!), then take the challenge!

I do this too! I have a bad habbit of starting them in the evening, and time goes by so fast that it might be midnight before I leave the table! The pictured puzzle is very pretty btw. Do you take them apart or preserve them when you're done?

I haven't done a puzzle is a long time! I do remember doing them, usually with siblings, and it was very relaxing! My Grandpa used to do them with us as well, and he was really good!

Maybe I'll have to take your advice soon. =) The puzzle you did is very pretty!

It's fun to see a post from you. ;)

I love doing puzzles, too! My motto: The Harder the Better. Oh, and I found your website through The Rebelution's blog.

I like the idea of putting together a puzzle when stressed. It gives you something to take your mind off of whatever is stressing
you out. Sometimes I paint, and boy is Samantha right about the time! Completely flies by. I once was painting and four hours went by, I did not eat anything and I had to go to my trainer. That did not make me feel good that's for sure!
