My brother Elijah sent me this "handy little chart" a little over a month ago, and I decorated the paper (I do like color!) and hung it on my wall. It has been a good reminder when I feel stressed or worried to look at it and remember that I have no reason to be. God has it all in control. Feel free to print it out - it doesn't have any name of who wrote it. Elijah got a copy from a friend, and copied his to send to me. I hope that it encourages you as well!

Thank you for posting this chart.
No matter how grounded we are in the Lord we always need to be reminded of His promises.

Thank-you so much for posting this! I am seventeen and a freshman at Bryan College in South Eastern Tennessee. I love it here, but I often am so terribly discouraged and homesick. I had spent part of my morning feeling sorry for myself, and then I read this. God has an incredible way of using his Word to humble us right where we are.
God bless you!
For His Glory,
Sarah Ferrante

Thanks so much for posting this! I am in a season right now where I am going through a lot of anxiety. I will definately print this off and put it in my room.

You just gave me an idea...I think I will make this into a nice framed poster and give it to my friend for her birthday. She is away at college, and sometimes feels worried and stressed. Thanks so much!
