Want an easy summer dessert that is absolutely scrumptious? Try Mia's Southern Upside-Down Peach Cobbler! I stumbled upon her blog, Aspiring Homemaker while browsing yesterday, and, having recently received a lot of small peaches from some friends, decided to give her peach cobbler a try. The step-by-step instructions were very easy to follow, and the dessert turned out absolutely delectable!

mmm, I'll have to give it a try; looks like a pretty simple and easy recipe. Where I live peach season has just begun so our peaches are still a little hard. So this recipe should be a great way to be able to enjoy 'em!
Mmmmmm looks good! I will have to try it. The only problem I have with making peach anything, is that I can NEVER get ripe peaches. So... that might be a problem!

Mind emailing me some? Or perhaps this is a just for http://del.icio.us/ ? ;)
Anna, Thanks for this delicious recipe. I want to try your Malt-o-Meal blueberry muffins. Could you tell me more about Malt-o-Meal? What is it and where do I find it? I have seen several different varieties of Malt-O-Meal cereal.
Thanks,
Beth
