May I suggest something to help with the stress? Spend some time outside! It's amazing how just being out in God's Creation soothes one soul. The gentle breeze, the twittering birds, the beautiful green all around... It does wonders for one's peace of mind. You may not have long, but even a few minutes will help. Or, you could do as I did, and do something you have to do anyways (in my case practice my flute) outside instead of inside. Whatever it is, drink deep of God's beauty displayed - it really does help one get calm and regain a proper perspective admist all the hustle and bustle of life.

That's why our family tries to do nature study. It really does soothe us! God is so good!
Beautiful picture! Your advice about spending time outside is great! It is amazing how soothing it really is. I also love getting up early before the sunrise, and going out on our porch, and breathing in the fresh air...I am soothed just thinking about it! :-)
I find the beauty of the outdoors relaxing, so I often take my camera out to find what beauty I can and record it for long-term enjoyment and relaxation! Mid afternoon is my favorite time. :)
I love being outside as well. Just take a good book and sit on a bench. Perhaps take a few crumbs with me and feed the birds. It's a wonderful stress reducer - and it's free! :)
Good advice, now I must take time to apply it. Like you, this time of the year is busy with concerts and recitals.
I always start getting excited when it comes time to perform in orchestra or band.
I need to get out and enjoy these few days of nice Alabama weather before it gets hot.
