Pictures of family

Well, I may not have time for any in-depth posts, but I couldn't resist posting some of these pictures of our family in the past week. It's been so nice to have Lydia and Elijah home on spring break this past week! Also, I look forward to having Maria and the children here this next week; the little ones are so sweet!

From left: Elijah, Lydia, Ellen Hood, Miriam, and Jubilee

Lydia turned 22 on March 15th. We celebrated with Papa John's pizza and Old-fashioned Spice Cake, and watched a movie. Lydia's 22 candles made such a blaze, Miriam had an idea which we implemented on her cake with 27 candles...

James, Miriam and Jubilee roast their marshmallows

We roasted marshmallows! =) Yes, call us crazy, but it was pretty... er... interesting. =)

I'm so blessed to have two such wonderful, full-of-fun older sisters!

Did you remember to wear your green on St. Patrick's Day? Sara Rose looked pretty cute in this green hat! If we don't wear green on St. Patrick's Day, there's a long-standing tradition in this house that you're allowed to be pinched, so all of us manged to wear at least a speck of green yesterday.

Lisa Beth is such a joy! At 4 months old, she's full of smiles and coos, and a delight to hold! I'm delighted to finally have a baby in the house, at least for a while. She's such a cutie!

Well, I'd best go and let the little ones get up from rest time. Have a good week!

Well, I didn't wear green, but I was pretty much left alone. Andrew pinched me, but that's it.

Marshmallows? Hmm, well that is interesting...I don't know that I would ever have thought of that. Leave it to Miriam L. :)

Lisa Beth is such a sweetie!

If you can roast marshmallows on Miriam's cake, just think of what we can cook on Luke's! :)

I wore green on the day I celebrated St. Patrick's day. However, my friends still tried to pinch me!

I can't believe Lisa Beth is 4 months. I remember you telling me when she was born!

Looks like a good time was had by all - I love the roasting marshmallows!

I've been reading this blog for a while, and I remember that Anna had made the square neck dress from Sense and Sensibility a few months ago. I'm an Australian who loves the dress (and has fabric) but has no clue what size to order due to American sizing being completely different. Is there any chance that you could help me figure out what size I need? I know all my measurements just not the dress size!

If you could, my email is kyrieflutter AT gmail.com, and I'd really appreciate your help!

Yes, the marshmallows were pretty funny!
We could get them really toasty on Luke's cake though, you're right, Michele! =)

Ella, I know! Lisa Beth has grown so fast!

Kizmet-kitten, an email's on the way. :-)
