In-depth Cleaning

My fingers are tender, my arms are sore, and I'm gaining a much better appreciation for Proverbs 31:17 - "She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks." Family's coming for Thanksgiving, and while I have the house mostly to myself, I figured that it was a good time to do some in-depth cleaning. Excuse me, while I go back to scrubbing cupboards!

I think cleaning is especially fun when you're preparing for people to come over for a holiday. :-) Just don't tire yourself out too much!

I'm sure you are working very hard, Anna. But it's always worth it once the family's over and you're getting together.

How did you have the house to yourself? Was the rest of your family gone out?
My incorrigible curiosity!

Scrubbing the floor makes me tired...

Anyways, to satisfy your curiosity, Miriam, I pretty much had the house to myself. Mom is gone from Friday through Tuesday, and dad was usually working in the guest house during the day. That left Jubi around some of the time, but part of the time she was at the Morton's house, or just in her room. So, I was almost alone! =)

It will be fun to be with you all for Thanksgiving. The kids are looking forward to it, too!

Love you and see you soon!
