Comment Moderation Enabled

Hi all! I'm just letting you know that comment moderation will be turned on for now. So, your comments won't immediately show up anymore.

The debate going on in the comment section of a recent post has been interesting, but not very uplifting. Our purpose in this blog is to encourage, not to tear down. Now, I know that not everyone believes in the way we do things. That's fine. Feel free to ask questions - nicely - and we'll probably answer them. Feel free to discuss the post and state where you differ, but don't start attacking us and assuming things you don't know, or your comment probably won't be approved.

Thank you!

Good for you. I had to do the same thing. Thanks for your comment on my blog about my new look. I am still loving it.

Glad your school year is taking off. Ours has as well. We're into our second week of school. Alex is doing very well in Kindergarten. Danielle says she likes second grade especially math and reading.
Sorry to miss you this weekend. Will Miriam be staying with you?

Love you,
SIL Michele

Michele, I'll miss seeing you as well! However, I thought that it'd be quite a long ways and time in the car for only a day and 1/2 visit! No, we'll be all by our lonesome. I'm sure Miriam will be over once and a while though. I'm anticipating a nice time to work on a few projects! I just hope Jubi doesn't get too bored... =)

Sorry, Anna, about my comments on your post about motherhood. I knew this was how you feel about debates on your blogs, but I just had to respond! Sorry again.

It wasn't your fault, Jen! I know the feeling, and wanting to respond when people wrongly accuse. I was talking to Mg, whoever he/she is, since he/she started the argument.

Wow!! You girls have been hit hard by some comments! I'd like to say that in the future that most people you meet will agree with your values, beliefs and goals, but they won't. How wonderful that you are given the opportunity to witness to others through this medium. I'd like to encourage you to keep up what you are doing. Grow through this and depend on the Lord (and the wisdom He has given your mothers!!) to reply gently and modestly to those who oppose your beautiful ideals. I am a mom of 3 precious daughters (and 4 wonderful sons) and am watching this post as one my daughters can safely read. So far I'm impressed.
